private reputation counsel
What the internet says about you is not the same as what is true.
We work on the difference: finding what is actually there, getting inaccurate material taken down or corrected at its source, and building records durable enough that search engines and AI systems describe you accurately without being prompted to.
Two practices
One discipline, two reasons people call.
Either something is already wrong and it is costing you, or nothing is wrong and you would like it to stay that way. The mechanisms differ, so the practices are kept separate.
Reactive practice
Restore
The record is wrong and you are already paying for it, in deals that stall, in candidates who decline, in the pause before someone says your name. We assess what can actually be changed, then change it in the order that works.
Proactive practice
Protect
Ask an AI who you are. Someone already has: an investor, a journalist, a counterparty's analyst. We build the presence those systems read from, so the answer is accurate before anyone needs it to be.
The standard
Before you call, you can examine how we decide, what we refuse, how each stage is reviewed, and where our evidence is incomplete.
We publish the limits because trust should not depend on a sales conversation. The standard is on one page, the method is documented stage by stage, the archive is dated, and the corrections log records what we have got wrong.
A named method, in five stages
Assessment, sequencing, intervention, construction, verification. Each stage has defined inputs, a deliverable, and a review gate before the next begins.
Declining is part of the work
Some matters cannot be improved by anyone, and some should not be. When that is our reading, we say so in the first conversation rather than after the retainer.
Published continuously, in our own name
The Briefing is our archive on search, AI answers, and reputation. Written in-house and dated, so you can check what we said before it was obvious.
A record of what we have got wrong
Where our judgment or our sequencing was mistaken, what it cost, and what changed in the method afterwards.
Who we serve
The same problem behaves differently depending on whose name is on it.
The Briefing
What we have been working out in public.

Engagement
How we work together.
We do not ask for long-term contracts. We would rather earn the month.
The first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. If we think you do not need us, that is what we will tell you. It happens often enough that we have made it part of the method.
No client name appears on this site. Where a reference is appropriate we arrange one privately, asking the client each time. How we hold information
The conversation begins before the crisis does.
One conversation, held in confidence, with an honest reading of whether there is anything worth doing.
If your matter is in litigation, or likely to be, have your attorney contact us instead. Communications routed through counsel are treated differently, and that protection cannot be added afterwards. Why this matters
